名稱:盆曬生抽

特色:沿用古法天然生曬,選用加拿大黃豆、澳洲海鹽,需要曬二十個月,將雙璜生抽拿上較淺的盆上曬,淺盆容易把豉油曬透,當曬至豉油中的鹽份結成鹽花(即盆鹽),採走鹽花,才是大功告成。盆曬生抽是豉油中的極品,經三重發酵,較其餘兩款豉油稠,味道更鮮,豉味更香,鹹度更低。

用途:要試出豉油的真味,一定要用最簡單的食材去試:豉油撈飯!用途與雙璜生抽一樣,但豉油的層次更高。

保存:如果預計2-3個月未能用完,請放進雪櫃保存
